The workshop includes a live demonstration, hands-on preparation, and plenty of practical information, tips, and tricks:

• Preparing candied pecans
• Plating and food styling
• Understanding layers and textures in a salad
• Flavor balancing and sauce preparation
• Smart time-management tips and a complete shopping list
The price is 850HKD for 2-2.5 hours hands on workshop.

Each helper will gain hands-on experience in the preparation process and will receive a recipe booklet and a ready-to-use shopping list.
As with all my workshops to ensure success, I kindly ask employers to let their helpers practice what they’ve learned within 7–10 days of the workshop. Without immediate practice, they may find it difficult to remember and master the techniques.
