You won't believe how easy and incredibly delicious no-knead pastries can be! No special tools are required, and truly, anyone can do it. In this workshop, I’ll show you exactly how to make and work with this magical dough.

We’ll bake together and create a variety of sweet and savory treats. Plus, each participant will prepare their own no-knead dough to take home—so there are no excuses, you’ll have to keep baking! Get ready to be surprised by what you can create.

What to expect


Hands-on Experience: Preparing 4 different types of pastries.

Take it Home: Each participant takes home their handmade pastries and a professional recipe booklet.

Intimate Atmosphere: Workshops are held at my home in Mid-Levels in a cozy, personal setting.

Duration: Approximately 3 hours.

Price: HK$850 per person.
