Hands-on baking session in my HK Island kitchen. Suitable for those with no prior knowledge, small group. All ingredients and tools supplied.
What We Cover
Bagel dough preparation, shaping, and cooking.
Preparing gooey chocolate babka.
Includes take-home bakes. Limited spots.
What to expect
You will make from scratch pastries, no previous knowledge needed.
At the end of the workshop you will get a recipe booklet and take home the pastries you bake.
The price is 850HKD for 2-2.5 hours hands on workshop.
