Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your workshop attendance.
Please review our cancellation policy below:
Full Refund* (Up to a week before the workshop):
If you decide to cancel your attendance, kindly email us at info@thehomebakerhk.com at least one week before the scheduled workshop date. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of your payment.
Partial Refund* (Less than a week before the workshop)
For cancellations made within a week of the workshop, a partial refund will be issued. You will receive half of the workshop fee as a refund. Initiate the cancellation process by emailing us at info@thehomebakerhk.com.
No Refund (Within 24 hours of the workshop)
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop. We appreciate your understanding as this timeframe doesn't allow us sufficient time to fill the vacant spot.
To request a cancellation and refund, please email us at info@thehomebakerhk.com with your name, workshop details, and the reason for cancellation. Our team will promptly process your request and ensure a smooth experience.
