Bread workshop

In this workshop, I will teach to bake three delicious classics, each one unique and full of flavor:
White Sandwich Bread: soft, fluffy, and perfect for everyday sandwiches or toast.
Gluten-Free Bread:  light yet hearty, with a beautiful crust and soft crumb you won’t believe it’s gluten-free.
Lemon Cake: a moist, fragrant cake that’s simple to make and perfect for any occasion.

  • Time: 10:00 AM

  • Duration: 2.5 hours

  • Location: Robinson Road (The exact address will be sent over after registering)

  • No prior baking experience required

  • Take home all the baked goods you make

  • Receive a recipe booklet with all workshop recipes

  • Price: HK$850
