Nutella Marble Loaf Cake
You know when you try a new recipe, it turns out delicious, you make it again, maybe twice, and then move on to other recipes? And then there are the ones that become a part of your life, the ones you make again and again. For me, this is that cake.
It is so easy to make, it is delicious, and everyone loves it, kids, adults, literally everyone. It is perfect for everyday baking and when you have guests. Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top for a festive touch, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a couple of strawberries, and you have the perfect dessert. It is also perfect with your afternoon coffee or your morning cup. In short, you know what I mean. A truly joyful cake.

Nutella Marble Loaf Cake
For one loaf pan (English cake pan)
Ingredients:
250 ml heavy cream
2 eggs
⅔ cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour (or 1 cup all-purpose flour mixed with 1 teaspoon baking powder)
4 tablespoons Nutella
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and grease the loaf pan.
In a bowl or in a mixer, beat the cream, eggs, and sugar for 3–5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Add the flour (and baking powder, if using all-purpose flour) and mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix one-third of the batter with the Nutella to create a chocolate mixture.
Pour the plain batter into the prepared pan, then spoon the Nutella mixture on top. Swirl gently with a fork to create a marble effect.
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before serving.
